Nestled in the quiet village of Brgod, Villa Aurora offers the perfect retreat on the eastern coast of Istria, Croatia. Part of a big family house surrounded by lush greenery and complete tranquility, our property is ideal for those who wish to enjoy peace, privacy, and the beauty of nature away from the crowds.
Guests are accommodated exclusively on the top floor of our family house, with two fully equipped studio apartments reserved only for you.
A private pool, spacious garden, outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and various recreational amenities are all at your disposal – making Aurora Holiday a perfect choice for families and couples alike.
A family of three lives on the first and second floors of the house together with our dog, who is kept in a kennel and always separated from guests. Our entrance is completely separate from the guest entrance and divided by a wooden fence, while the entire top floor remains reserved solely for you.
Both studio apartments are always rented together, ensuring you are the only guests on the property. Reservations are handled through Airbnb, where you can check availability and securely book your stay.
The crystal-clear Adriatic Sea is just a short drive away. The nearest bay, Trget, with two traditional restaurants and a small market, is 5 km (about 10 minutes by car). Within 10–25 minutes you will reach numerous beautiful beaches, each offering a different experience.
Larger towns nearby include Labin (10 km) and the seaside resort Rabac (15 km), where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and evening entertainment.

Privacy & access: Each floor is separate with its own entrance. A wooden gate separates the ground floor from the guest entrance and staircase.

Yes. You are the only guests. Our family of three lives on the first and second floors; guest areas have a separate entrance and remain exclusive to you.
What is the capacity?
Up to 5 guests + 1 infant (crib on request). Both studio apartments are always rented together.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included, with spare sets available.
Is the pool private and is it heated?
The pool and garden are for your group only. The pool is not heated. Quiet use is appreciated in the evening.
Do you provide charcoal for the BBQ?
No. Guests purchase charcoal themselves.
Is parking available?
Free on-site parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars.
How is the Wi-Fi?
Fast and stable Wi-Fi covers both studios and the terrace/pool area.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes — both apartments have air conditioning.
What kitchen equipment is available?
Apt 1: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. Apt 2: gas stove, fridge and kettle. Pots and pans are provided.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes — the washing machine is in Apartment 2.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. Our family dog is kept in a kennel and separated from guests.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted indoors; you may smoke in designated outdoor areas.
Are parties allowed? What about quiet hours?
No parties. Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
How far are Trget, Labin and Rabac?
By car, Trget is about 9 minutes away, Labin about 12 minutes, and Rabac about 20 minutes.
Where can we swim nearby?
Nearby swimming spots include Trget, Tunarica, Koromačno, Prtlog, Rabac and Ravni. Most are about 10–30 minutes by car, depending on the location.
Where can we shop for groceries?
Labin is the most practical nearby town for supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and everyday services. Smaller local shops may be available in nearby villages during the season.
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancelled at least 2 months before arrival, 50% is refunded; otherwise non-refundable.
Which airports are closest?
Pula (PUY) is the nearest airport; Trieste (TRS) and Rijeka (RJK) are alternatives depending on your route.
Is there EV charging?
No on-site charger. Public chargers are available in the wider Labin/Rabac area.
